RFuW Engineering’s RFLM-262322HC-151, S-Band, High Power, multi-stage RF Limiter provides exceptional high power handling up to +60 dBm and industry leading Recovery Time of <100 nsec to minimize radar “blind periods”. This “Always On” receiver protector is capable of guarding against up to +47 dBm CW, while maintaining a Flat Leakage of less than +13 dBm. It also boasts an Insertion Loss <0.65 dB and Return Loss >18 dB across the 2.0 GHz to 4.0 GHz frequency range. The RFLM-262322HC-151 is offered in a 9 x6 mm ceramic SMT package and is available from RFMW.
